Working at
Junior RPA Developer
Tacstone Technology’s Robotic Process Automation(RPA) practice is growing rapidly. We are increasingly being asked to help companies and organizations get started with RPA and AI. Or to solve an issue that arises at companies that have been on the road with RPA for a while. Not only do we develop and manage software robots, we also provide a lot of training. And we help our customers analyze business processes, define strategy and set up an RPA Center of Excellence. This approach appeals and the number of clients and assignments is growing rapidly. Therefore, we are immediately looking to expand our team.
What are you joining us to do?
As a Junior RPA Developer, you will develop software robots in the UiPath Platform for large family businesses, healthcare institutions, universities, hospitals, public transport companies and housing corporations, among others. And also for medium-sized insurers and other financial service providers. Often in the Netherlands, but regularly we also do projects abroad, such as in Suriname or Curacao.

You will work in a team of ambitious, curious and driven developers, consultants and project leaders. A mix of often young and in addition some experienced professionals, with a background in strategy consulting, digital transformation and process improvement.
You will start with a 4-week bootcamp where you will learn the basics of being an UiPath RPA Developer. During this bootcamp you will also attend a number of training courses such as the LEAN Yellow Belt and Visio Process Modelling. Immediately after the bootcamp you start working, sometimes even in multiple customer projects at the same time. You always work together with a Senior Developer, who is your coach and sounding board. You hold interviews with process experts, analyze business processes, draft design documents, develop robot scripts, organize User Acceptance Tests and deliver approved robot scripts for production.
You will learn a lot, in a short period of time. You can quickly grow into a role as an RPA (Lead) Developer, Business Analyst or as a Specialist in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Solution Architecture or Process Mining. You are working from day 1 to become better at what you do and you have the ambition to really be an expert in your field. And like all other RPA Developers, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development standards and methodologies.
