Graduate Internship Automation Developer
Tacstone’s Robotic Process Automation practice is growing rapidly. We invent, build and manage new software robots on a weekly basis. For this we use the software of UiPath. You will have the best view from our Kraanspoor office in Amsterdam-Noord, although you can also occasionally work from home. Of course, you will also receive an attractive internship allowance. We help many dozens of companies and organizations get started with RPA, Low-Code & AI. From the first introduction to new technologies such as RPA and AI, to developing software robots, providing training, managing operational robots and developing an in-house RPA Center of Excellence at our customers.Does this already sound like music to your ears? What are you joining us to do?
As an Automation Developer at Tacstone, you will help develop software robots for large family businesses, healthcare institutions, universities, hospitals, public transport companies and housing associations. But also for medium-sized insurers and other service providers. Mostly in the Netherlands, but occasionally there are also projects abroad such as in Suriname and Curacao.

You will work in a team of ambitious, curious and driven developers, consultants and project leaders.A mix of often young and in addition some experienced professionals, with a background in strategy consulting, digital transformation and process improvement.
You will discuss a suitable and interesting internship assignment with one of our experienced Developers and your internship supervisor within Tacstone. This can be an in-house project or a research project at one or more of our clients.
During your internship you will learn a lot in a short time. After your internship, you can possibly join us as a full-time Junior Automation Developer.You will be coached from day 1 to become better at what you do and to really become an expert in your field.There is also a dedicated Talent Manager to guide you in your development and growth.
What is your profile?
- You are in the final year of a relevant HBO degree program, preferably HBO-ICT Business IT Management, HBO-ICT Software Engineering or another technical program;
- You have some affinity with – and preferably experience in – programming in, for example, .Net, VBA, C#, Javascript, HTML or SQL; this is not a requirement;
- You are ambitious, curious, driven, entrepreneurial, eager to learn, analytically sharp, social and collaborative;
- You are a good listener and you communicate clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing;
