Tacstone Technology has achieved Diamond Partner status within UiPath’s partner program as of March 1. This represents significant recognition of Tacstone’s expertise, achievements and contribution within the Intelligent Automation domain.
This status distinguishes Tacstone Technology as a specialist in the field of RPA(Robotic Process Automation) and Intelligent Automation. Diamond status was awarded based on a combination of certifications, competencies and completed projects.
“We have been a UiPath partner for seven years and have accumulated a lot of knowledge and expertise in that time,” said Ebert Knol, managing partner at Tacstone Technology. “UiPath is and remains the market leader in the field of process automation and RPA, as Gartner also acknowledges again and again. UiPath has been active in the Netherlands for many years and there are many organizations that have it in house. We see a lot of challenges among those existing UiPath customers that we can help with. For us, the close ties with SAP are also important, because many companies work with both UiPath and SAP.”
“For example, we help educate and train internal people. Developers leave or get new jobs, and we can help with staffing a center of excellence and with management. The more automation a company has, the greater the need for good management. Internal developers often don’t find that the most fun work, so we can support as second-line support.”
Part of Diamond Partner status is USN certification. Jaap-Jan Wever, Regional Leader Benelux at UiPath, says of this partnership, “Tacstone’s USN status is of great value to UiPath, as it is testament to Tacstone’s deep expertise and technical experience.”
“It shows that Tacstone has a proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality implementations.“

Challenges
Ebert Knol indicates: “In addition, we regularly help set up a center of excellence and advise on governance. What is also important is drawing attention to new functionalities and products. The three most important ones at the moment are test automation, intelligent document processing and communications mining. There is still little knowledge about these and we can help with proof of concept, exploring application possibilities, executing projects and providing training.” Challenges facing organizations include staff shortages, making operations more efficient, improving service delivery or shortcomings in current applications, for which companies still want solutions. “In short, it’s about digitization, automation and working more efficiently.”
Inspiration
Some companies have yet to start with automation. “They mainly need knowledge, inspiration and examples: try, test and see how it works. The advanced ones already have the basics in place and now want to scale up, increase the impact, realize more savings and further structurally improve their processes.”
“That group wants to know how to roll out automation organization-wide and how to automate more complex processes.”
“Among them now is the question: how do you integrate AI into your existing robot? We are responding to that with our team of 40 subject matter experts and consultants.”

Specifically on the UiPath Platform, we now have 5 employees with an AI Specialized Professional certification in their pocket. This certification has not been around very long, but it shows that we have the knowledge and experience with products such as Document Understanding and Communications Mining.
Ambition
He concludes, “Our ambition is to be the partner of choice in Intelligent Automation. This is not about the technology, the service or the choice of platform. What does come first is the customer, the customer’s needs and the customer’s bottlenecks.”
