As of March 1st, Tacstone Technology has achieved Diamond Partner status within the UiPath partner program. This marks a significant recognition of Tacstone’s expertise, performance, and contribution in the field of Intelligent Automation.
With this status, Tacstone Technology distinguishes itself as a specialist in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation. The Diamond status was granted based on a combination of certifications, competencies, and delivered projects.
“We’ve been a UiPath partner for seven years now and have built up a lot of knowledge and expertise in that time,” says Ebert Knol, managing partner at Tacstone Technology. “UiPath remains the market leader in process automation and RPA, as consistently recognized by Gartner. UiPath has been active in the Netherlands for many years, and many organizations already use it. We see that these existing UiPath customers often face challenges that we can help solve. Our close ties with SAP are also important, as many companies use both UiPath and SAP.”
“For example, we help with training and educating internal staff. Developers may leave or take new jobs, and we can support staffing a Center of Excellence and managing operations. The more automation a company has, the greater the need for solid maintenance. Internal developers often don’t enjoy that part of the work, so we can step in as second-line support.”
A component of the Diamond Partner status is the USN certification. Jaap-Jan Wever, Regional Leader Benelux at UiPath, says regarding the partnership: “The USN status achieved by Tacstone is of great value to UiPath because it reflects Tacstone’s deep expertise and technical experience.”
“It shows that Tacstone has a proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality implementations.”

Challenges
Ebert Knol mentions: “We also regularly help set up a Center of Excellence and advise on governance. It’s also important to raise awareness of new functionalities and products. The three most important ones right now are: test automation, intelligent document processing, and communications mining. There’s still limited knowledge about these, and we can help with proof of concepts, exploring use cases, running projects, and providing training.”
Challenges organizations face include staffing shortages, improving operational efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or addressing shortcomings in current applications for which solutions are still needed. “In short, it’s about digitalization, automation, and working more efficiently.”
Inspiration
Some companies are just starting with automation. “They mainly need knowledge, inspiration, and examples: to try things, test them, and see how they work. More advanced companies already have the basics in place and now want to scale up, increase impact, achieve more savings, and structurally improve their processes.”
“This group wants to know how to roll out automation organization-wide and how to automate more complex processes.”
“They are now asking: how do you integrate AI into your existing robots? We address that with our team of over 40 specialists and consultants.”

Specifically on the UiPath platform, we now have 5 employees certified as AI Specialized Professionals. This certification is still relatively new, but it demonstrates that we have both the knowledge and experience with products like Document Understanding and Communications Mining.
Ambition
He concludes: “Our ambition is to be the go-to partner in the field of Intelligent Automation. It’s not the technology, the service, or the choice of platform that comes first. What does come first is the client, the client’s needs, and the challenges they face.”
Tacstone supports organizations in setting up and scaling Intelligent Automation. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to accelerate with UiPath, we are happy to help you determine the right approach, tools, and implementation.
